🛡️ 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice / order ID

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items purchased during special sale events (unless defective)
  • Perishable or consumable products

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos/video of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund upon verification.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely and ship to the address we provide
  5. Refund is processed once we receive and inspect the item

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same product (different variant or replacement) subject to availability. Mention "Exchange" when contacting us.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — initiate a return after delivery
